We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support for the CEO at our company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the CEO by setting and confirming appointments, managing calendar activities, coordinating travel, planning events, maintaining contact lists, and keeping filing systems in order.
Assist with handling call, text, fax, web, and email communications both internal and external.
Plan work-related travel details.
Maintain and order supplies.
Create customized documents, reports, and presentations.
Fulfill non-technical client customer service requests while ensuring that communication is properly logged, and team members notified.
Assist management with project oversight and moving tasks forward administratively where possible.
Collaborate with management on process improvement projects and verifying new processes and procedures are followed by staff.
Establish professional relationships with clients and helping to maintain those relationships.
Support sales activities both with existing clients and prospects, including entering and updating information in our CRM and monitoring and responding to sales inquiries.
Support marketing activities both with existing clients and prospects.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking to a wide variety of challenges.
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Strong attention to detail.
