We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to join our team in Tampa! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization’s network systems.


  • Manage all aspects of the networking platform.
  • Troubleshoot network & system issues.
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches.
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
  • Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies.
  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Remote Desktop Services, etc.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels. Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Review IT publications and online materials to remain up to date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry.
  • Mentor and train help desk staff and be a point of escalation for the help desk.
  • Audit help desk tickets and ensure established service levels are being met.


  • Previous experience as a network or systems administrator.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
