Join our growing team and build a career! We need a Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist who will increase our online presence and drive organic growth. Candidates should be highly reliable, have great communication skills, and be willing to constantly learn. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience in digital marketing
  • Adwords or Bing Ads certification
  • Knowledge and/or willingness to learn about business technology concepts and topics

    Requirements:

    • Specific knowledge about search engines and their ranking algorithms.
    • Deep knowledge of PPC practice and methodology, including landing page design, conversion optimization, competitor research and more.
      • Very strong knowledge Google Analytics (or similar tool) with a wide variety of Content Management Systems, Web Site Architecture, and knowledge of HTML.

    • Experience in or with digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI’s.
    • Deep knowledge of SEM/PPC optimization strategies, keyword research and campaign management.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

    Responsibilities / What you will be doing:

    • Create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other ad networks.
    • Track, report, and provide analysis on all performance metrics for paid marketing campaigns.
    • Create, manage and optimize retargeting/remarketing campaigns on Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.
    • Keep up to date with SEM/PPC best practices, keyword research tools and industry research.
    • Lead collaboration of paid/organic search, conversion rate optimization, and content to improve rankings and conversions.
    • Collect and analyze data on established and prospective customers, competitors, and marketing channels/sources.
    • Coordinate projects with Web Developers, Video Production, Graphics and Writers.
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve overall performance.
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
