We’re almost to the end of 2020, and, whew, what a year to remember – or not. COVID-19 has upended our world this year and will likely affect our businesses and personal lives for years to come. But as chaotic as 2020 has been, we’re optimistic about how the year ahead is shaping up and the opportunities arising in our new pandemic-shaped world.
Our entire team recently got together (by Microsoft Teams) to talk about these opportunities and our strategic plan for 2021. It was an energizing discussion, as you can see in the photo above we captured from it using a new feature in Microsoft Teams called Together Mode.
Of all the many areas offering promise for IT services next year, we’re excited about new innovations in collaborative software, like Microsoft Teams, which will give remote employees the ability to work in more and more personalized ways.
We’re also looking forward to new developments in cloud computing that will allow us to make data backup and disaster recovery cheaper, more secure and more reliable than ever before.
And we’re encouraged about how all these innovations are driving new demand for IT services like ours, and how these services can be deployed to help companies manage their computing with more efficiency and performance as companies increasingly move to a distributed workforce model.
These are just some things shaping up for 2021, but there’s a lot more. We hope you’ll join us for it right here on our blog and our other channels.
In closing, all of us at IT Support Guys would like to take this opportunity to wish you the happiest of holiday seasons this year and the best year ever in 2021! We can’t wait for what’s ahead.
